Missing strap for hiking poles
Hi - I purchased the bag last minute before a trip and I found that my bag is missing one strap / rubber band for the hiking poles. I’m wondering if I can get it replaced or get back the missing component from your TKO store? I tried to leave comments here before but they don’t show, not sure why. Thanks.

Expensive but defective product
Hi - I bought this backpack last minute for an overseas trip but I just found out that my bag is missing one strap for the hiking poles, which makes it really inconvenient for me. I’m wondering if I can get it replaced or simply get an extra strap which I’m supposed to have in-store? Please contact me via email. Thanks.

Perfect trekking bag
Very easy to access everywhere, I love all the pockets and the back is confortable for hiking. Definitively recommande it, it is a very good backpack.

Good design
Good amount of compartments. Like most about the product is the design that opens the main compartment from the front of the backpack. This helps in packing and finding items without having to dig from the top of the backpack. Have not used the product for my trip but tried loading it and strap feels good.

How to pack a backpack?
Put your bedding at the bottom. Near your back, place heavy equipment (tent, stove, food). Pack your clothes around these items. The groundsheet can be placed under the flap; the tent under the bag if there’s no space inside. Keep a waterproof jacket and fleece to hand. In the pockets, place small items for the day (sunscreen, map, glasses...). The water bag should be placed in the compartment that is usually placed the length of the back.
Why are our rain covers grey when some trekkers want them to be brightly coloured?
The grey colour used for the covers of our trekking rucksacks is neutral because it consumes less dye.The component is made of BITON: this process allows us to lower our CO2 impact and reduce consumption and water pollution in comparison to coloured models.These small measures demonstrate the commitment of Forclaz to improve the environmental impact of its products.
10-year warranty
Our engineers have conducted tests simulating the ageing of rucksacks.These tests are conducted on the components, seams and finished product.The results enable Forclaz to guarantee the tested bags for 10 years from the purchase date shown on the receipt
Female body shape
Our women's models have been adapted to their body shape (chest and hips) with a more open shoulder strap shape and a belt that clasps higher up for more comfort and freedom of movement.
