How do you adjust your balance cushion?

To use as an office seat, no need to inflate it - just open the valve and the cushion is ready to use.For use as a balance disc, you'll need to inflate it. Remove the cap and inflate it manually. Try it out.You shouldn't feel the floor. If you do, inflate it a little more.To store it, open the cap, press the button and press the cushion against you to release the air.
