Pls remember to use the screw-in rubber stopper. Also remember to hang in the direction of tightening the bar. Not the other way round.

One of the best product of Decathlon...

I have no words to express. I thank Decathlon for providing such a great product..due to lockdown I was not able to go to the gym, I was finding some way to do pull ups..saw many products in Amazon, but didn't find a good one.Then I saw YouTube video of a guy with domyos pull up bar.i was soo impressed after seeing the review.i went to Decathlon store and product was out of stock..I went there 2-4 times, atlast after few months I got it from Decathlon kalamaserry. It's an awesome product. Must go for it.. Really appreciate Decathlon for providing such an awesome product.

I chose this bas as it said clearly NO NEED TO USE NAILS IF YOU ARE below 100 KG. Since I installed it, I could never use it. it always falls off & can't even carry the weight of 60 KG person. Going to return it.

How to install your pull-up bar

Start by adjusting the length of your bar by turning the two bar ends.Then, tighten the central part of the bar to lock the bar.If you installed the bar by turning it towards you, you can do pull-ups using an overhand grip (palms away from you).To do pull-ups with an underhand grip (towards you), face the bar from the opposite side.This way, the bar won't come loose.

For strength training and bodybuilding, a pull-up bar lets you work your upper body using suspension exercises: biceps, back, shoulders, pecs and even abs. Doing pull-ups in an underhand position (palms towards you) works your biceps. An overhand position (palms away from you) will give your back a stronger workout.And for your abs?
