These are great and work well in all weather. No fogging at all in both very cold and warm days working hard on and off piste. Only just fit over a helmet so if in doubt go large. We have however lost the dark lens for one pair is there a way to get a replacement?
Great idea to take one pair of goggles for all light conditions, especially when heading from bright sun to the shade and through the trees. Dark lense fell off on second day of holiday somewhere on open piste while skiing. Should expect better performance at this price.
Skiing under a snowy and occasionally sunny weather without any issues, it is convenient to switch over for the other weather. Highly recommended.
Because UV rays are harmful to eyes, all our goggles are certified 100% ANTI UV by the EN 174 standard. Goggles are the best protection solution as they perfectly enclose the eyes preventing any direct or reflected UV light from entering
Ski goggles with interchangeable lens for All-weather use.S1 means a light lens that enables you to see better in bad weather by increasing visibility of relief.S3 means a dark lens that protects you from the intense light of the sun.The screens are not scratch resistant
The "PERFORMANCE" anti-fogging system is a double lens with a treatment on the inside combined with a ventilation system on the frame that enables air to circulate inside the ski goggles. For good ventilation inside your goggles, do not obstruct these air vents with a neck warmer, for example.Do not rub inner surface of lens but dab it carefully in order to preserve the anti-fogging treatment for as long as possible.
Goggles with dual screen to reduce condensation. Indeed, the air that is trapped between the two lenses creates a layer of thermal insulation. The thermal shock between the inside and the outside of the goggles is lower and fogging slows down on the goggle inside lens To complement this, the inner lens is also given an anti-fog treatment.
Triple cylindrical screen. The central lens is made from photochromatic polycarbonate, very resistant to impact whilst the inner lens is made from Acetate and the interchangeable lens is in flexible polycarbonate..
All Wedze ski goggles are designed to fit perfectly with Wedze ski helmets.
The G 500 I ski goggles, in size L, allow the use of max. 145 mm wide corrective glasses. The foam on the sides and the shape of the goggle skirt leaves a passage for each temple.
40 mm-wide Polyamide, Polyester and rubber elastic, 2 non-slip silicone straps
Remember to protect the goggles and the lens in particular from scratches before and after use. This thermocompressed case is ideal to store your mask and protect it from crushing, in your bag to tidy your mask or in a jacket pocket to keep the spare screen when skiing.
A coloured coating on the outer side of the ski goggles lens (known as coloured Flash) reduces the percentage of light that reaches the eye, reducing glare and improving clarity in sunny conditionsWarning, the screens are not scratch proof
The EN 174 standard is a European standard applicable to goggles used for eye protection when downhill skiing or similar activities such as snowboarding. The ANSI standard is the American standard, more stringent than the European standard for resistance to shocks and impact. This ski mask meets these 2 standards
Moisture causes fogging. You must therefore make sure that the foam does not get damp, e.g. by placing the goggles on a wet helmet or a hat. Falling face down in the snow can also cause your goggles to fog up. This is therefore why you must correctly dry your ski goggles overnight to get rid of all traces of humidity and use perfectly dry goggles the following day.
Choose the size of the goggles according to your head size. Below 55 cm, choose size S. Above 55cm, choose size L
there is vertical and horizontal field of vision. The G 500 have a "PERFORCE" field of vision, enabling good visibility on the sides.
