Product Reviews

Price too high, quality is not that great
Warm and comfortable , I wish you have the wool thermal top as well.
Very good price and products
Got these as I was looking for something comfy, that would pack down small and lightweight, wash (by hand) and dry overnight for a week of walking. They didn’t disappoint. I found the waistband was fine (although I’ve not got skinny legs!) and they weren’t too long (I’m 5ft). Only downside is they’ve started to bobble a little bit but they’re 6month old now and cheap enough to replace easily
I agree with previous reviews that the waist band is tight. I tried the bigger size but the legs were then baggy.
The waistband in these tights is so tight it cuts into you like a vice. Something must be wrong with the size of elastic used in these leggings as everything else fit well (leg length and leg width). For reference I am a UK size 10 on the smaller side and 170cm tall. I bought the size S and honestly the waistband would have been the equivalent of a UK size 6. Returned for a refund.
Sorry to hear that you found the Techwool 190 Women's Wool Trekking Tights on the small. Our sizing system is unfortunately on the smaller side and a size 10 is more likely to be a Size M. If you liked them, I would recommend going back to the store and trying on a Size M and hopefully you will love them instead.

Bought for my daughter
Bought these for running and they're great for keeping me both cool and warm but the waist band is so tight and uncomfortable hence the 3 stars otherwise it would be perfect! I did try a size bigger but it way too big. If it had a normal leggings waist band it would be so much better.
I used these tights for two months, every other day, and they started falling apart. Of course, the product is cheaper than other merino wool products out there, but not so cheap that i would be okay with purchasing new ones evey third month. I used them for a lot of hiking, but two months? The fabric is falling apart next to the stiching on the between the thighs, and on the side of the hips on the left side.
The waistband is extremely comfortable. Have found other baselayer leggings to have waistbands which dig in and leave marks. Lovely and warm under a pair of jeans in the -6 degrees we have had lately. Only slight criticism for me is they felt short in the leg and I am only 5ft 6 and have 31" inside leg so pretty average in body stats. So far have washed well and not shrunk. Would buy again.
This is light and warm. The waiste is loose enough to be comfortable. I also use it as pyjamas trousers when I need to travel light.
I'm gonna get more of these! Great in the chilly weather. Normally putting another layer on can mean sweating and that Michelin man feeling, but not so with these. Keeps just the right temperature and still fully flexible. I've been using them hill climbing, including scrambly bits, horse riding and cycling.
