It was teared within 2days
After three weeks of use, the lightest band (blue) ripped and tore apart.
these were recommended by my daughter's trainer and she is benefiting using these
Breaks after two to five usage. Not the best quality from decathlon.
The blue band broke in it's first usage. It developed a tear on the side and then it snapped. Highly disappointed!
Usually these bands have three different intensity level but these are not that type. These are just medium level to make your workout out more intense
Intensity level of these bands are not much they can make your workout little tough but if you want to go more intense with training using them then they are not that much useful
