Thank you for taking the time to write us a review on our short sleeve cycling jersey. The non-slip bands at the back are meant to hold your jersey in place when you cycle so that it does not ride up. The pockets at the back of the shirt is for your convenience, you are able to put some energy bar, snacks or your bottle when you're cycling.
