Product Reviews

Good service and really good quality board
Great board...stable, high and dry! My debut launch on my new SUP went smashingly. But I had to guess what psi I was at, using the brand new ITIWIT pump with the gauge that didn’t work. Hoping I sort it out before my next trip...at £30 it’s too expensive to not serve its purpose. Has anyone else had this problem?
Bit of a love hate with this board to be fair! It’s good. It’s big. It’s stable. It’s very much worth the price point and feels high quality. I keep reading about people breaking the fins so I got a spare but it seems really solid. I feel like I would need to like sit on it on flat ground to snap it? (It’s rigid plastic not flexible rubber but it’s strong). So it’s wider and heavier than other boards (also being 11 foot. Last one I used was 10’6) and the extra width definitely slows it down a bit (but it’s more of a work out so I’m not complaining too much) and the extra width makes it feel really stable. I’ve never fallen off this thing in places like canals. Only come off trying to do stuff like jump into a back step turn (so that’s my fault not the board). Problems I have with it are 1) it doesn’t come with a paddle or a pump so that puts the price up (ESPECIALLY WHEN PADDLES ARE SOLD OUT ALL OVER! I got a random 2 piece off eBay that doesn’t fit in the bag! How annoying) so thats a shame and the big one for me is that the board only tracks well in certain situations. If the water has any chop (sea. Lake with speed boats, strong wind) then it’s like a laser and goes straight really well but in flat water like a Canal, two or three stokes and you’re basically at 45 degrees unless you are REALLY light with your paddle. It needs thrusters (side fins) that can be put on and taken off like the main fin. I’m actually going to buy some to try to see if I’m right at some point. Overall, it’s not going to be used for racing. If you go out in a group the weird tracking will mean you bump into a few people. It’s not going to get you anywhere at blistering speed. But for the price point, I haven’t seen anything else out there that’s as well made or as sturdy as this. I may have issues with it but I’ve been out on it 15+ times and am off out with it this weekend so clearly me and the board still have a thing going. Oh and if you want to paddle out, lay down like a sunbed and just drift and read, best board ever! It’s a great size and I’m 6’ and weight like 86kg
I've been paddling for about 6 years now and wanted something for famly paddles or areas where my hardboards aren't suitable (very rocky or portaging around locks) This board has been a big hit so far both with me at 100kg and my wife at 60kg. It's solid enough for me at 15psi and my wife loves the stability and comfort. Being 34 wide it's not the fastest to paddle, but the wide tail gives the rails a straighter shape so it tracks pretty well. I've given it 4 stars rather than 5 as my leash fell apart just attaching it to the board. Decathlon were great though and replaced it very quick and the new one is fine. I would also like to know if there is a MAX PSI for these? as only a recomended psi is listed.
This sup isn't for people who want to go out in biggish swell I've bought the bigger fin and still find it very hard to track in a straight line in bigger swell I am disappointed that I'm going to have to get a different set up installed myself. The board works well in the cam but this board is advised as a touring sup
Managed to get this board during lockdown and used it quite a few times so far. I am 6’4” and well north of 100kg and I find this a great board. Much better for me in terms of stability than our also excellent Lidl F2 board. I always pump up to 15psi The fin did get broken but I fixed it with araldite and so far it is fine.
Great board and great price, however the fin is made from rigid plastic and breaks easily. Decathlon are permanently out of stock on this replacement part, making the board unusable. Managed I week of use now its sitting in a cupboard...
Kids bought me this SUP for 60th birthday, on 2nd use FIN box cracked and FIN broke. Can't get replacement FIN as they are never in stocks and I will be taking the SUP back to the store to see if they can fix the FIN box (will let you know how that goes) apart from that everything else is good which you would expect at the price the kids paid.
We have the first board from decathlon from about three years ago, but it was heavy, this new board is super light, faster and with the luggage straps at the front we can put our bag. Great board

My valve did break, decathlon have been making it a very painful process to buy a replacement valve.. I’m still without board and still unable to fix it. This is down to decathlon being inadequate in providing a way, of obtaining the valve ... valve is still out of stock (maybe this is a reflection of the product)
Really great to be invited.

Its states that the board is suitable for riders up to 130kg I'm just under that at 126kg, I found the board bends in the middle when I stand up, thus feeling unsteady, I'm now selling board to buy something different
Dear David,
Thank you for your recent feedback. We are sorry to hear that you had this kind of issue with our 11' board. Before the product has been launched on our website and in stores Itiwit brand done different tests to identify load capacity. The board was responding well on the water even with 2-3 adults. We would recommend to give one more chance to this model. Please remember to go up to 15 PSI.
If this test fail again please do not hesitate to bring it back to your local store or to use the online procedure for full refund or exchange.
Once again apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,

This has been our buy of the year! It’s brilliant! We’ve used it loads on the lake already...adults and children have a had a great time! It’s easy and quick to pump up, super stable and the bag fits everything in! Would totally recommend!
ITIWIT Evening Thought it time to take the 11 foot ITIWIT for a spin. I have tried the 10 foot board (probably am a little over weight for it) so was interested to paddle the 11 foot board. It is very stable, the board is amazingly stiff with 15 PSI the rocker on the nose was useful as there was a little chop, but still a bit of wash over the front. The board tracks well and the single fin certainly provides a good counter to some energetic paddling to cut into the wind. The fin was very easy to pop in. It also accelerates well and seems to have good speed for a low cost ISUP. There was good bouyancy and it felt stable dropping back and the board pivots well. There is much less bouyancy at the front and I managed a quick swim after testing the limit here!, having said that managed to paddle into the wind right on the front of the board with the nose underwater demonstrating the great lateral stability. The deck grip is brilliant, but it does attract stains and discolouration. So a really solid and apparently well made board for the price, the leash seems cheap and kinks and gets in the way, I would go for a coiled one, and the pump (an extra) is cheap and cheerful not sure how robust it would be. The best bit, the 3 piece alloy paddle (again extra), cheap light and a really nice blade shape, seems to provide good power and felt very comfortable. This is a really good value for money package. There is a bit of potential confusion as the X100 comes as 10 and 11 foot (both great boards) but the shorter one has lower weight limits. I understand these boards are being updated and there is a new range however if the question is are the boards good value, the answer is Yes!
