Ground berlubang bila sy memeriksa untuk kali pertama dirumah, seperti kesan terbakar. sudah tanya staff, katanya ground tiada dalam waranti. Salah sy sbb nk beli cepat sbb masa tu waktu rehat kerja. Sy andaikan semua ok, tapi taksangka, tent murah boleh tutup mata tapi yg ni mahal jugak la..sekarang dah tampal sendiri je la...kalau korang nk beli suruh je staff bukak dulu, nti ape2 kita yg rugi jugak...selain dr tu, perfect..hujan lebat tak telus air dan dah tampal kawasan berlubang tu...jadi ok la...merasa la guna sblom pkp...hahaha

Thanks to the skill of the 2 guys who helped fix the tent pole. The product is really good. Would recommend to also buy an ground trap along with this.

I have had this tent for over 18 months now and used in different weather conditions throughout 3 seasons of the year, so I reckon that can make justified review about this particular tent. It is very easy to assemble this tent and it should not take longer than 10-15 minutes to have this done. In order to disassemble it takes roughly the same amount of time and it's very straightforward process too. Tent can fit easily 3 or 4 people, though I found it very difficult to put inside either two double mattresses or four single camping beds. It's quite dark inside bedroom and mesh on the bedroom's door provides reasonably good protection against small insects and Scottish midges in particular. Though, front/living area is of a completely different quality. It does not have mesh at the front door and water leaks though there as much as during small as heavy rain. Midges manage to fly through even when the front door is shut, so in the Scottish climate is unbearable to seat up there when weather does not permit to stay outside. I have ended up staying in bedroom at times when hordes of hungry midges attacked my tent. For this reason it might be better use in a different climat but definitely not in Scotland. Though, this tent is quite sturdy and handles well wind and heavy rain, apart of front door not sticking well to the bottom part and letting water to come through. I would only recommend this tent to those people beginning their camping experience and those camping outside areas affected by midges. What you see for this price is what you get and I would rather seek for better and more expensive alternatives.

Not enough ventilation in the sleeping area and cannot tilt the tent upright to get rid of the sand inside

Bought for trips with my wife or friends when I want more than my backpacking tent. Used the first time for a long weekend in quite high winds and all was fine, and then again for 9 days and found it comfortably spacious for the two of us and would be fine with a couple of kids. Really pleased with the quality, seems robust and I'm sure will last quite a few trips. The black bedroom is great for lie-ins, although it does mean you often have to use a torch to find things in the middle of the day! Interior zips are a bit strange in that they are the other way round from normal (when zipped up you have one at the far top and the other at the far bottom) not a problem but takes getting used to in the dark. Generally really pleased with it.

I suggest that the transparent window apposite the mosquito net window is the same. Have another mosquito net layer at the front door so the main door can be left open without any incest coming into the tent and better air circulation. The groundsheet in the living area should be connected to the body to secure any dangerous animal/critters especially snake or spider that can just crawl in. If what i suggest is accomplish then you will have a superb product which i highly recommended. By the way in Malaysia is always hot therefore need better air circulation. Overall love the dark room it really helps me and family to sleep like a baby.

Excellent tent, done really good job for 7 days of non stop rain in Scotland.

I bought this tent after reading good reviews. However the centre tent pole was so stiff. I had 2 experienced campers really struggle to bend this centre pole into place ... so stiff it nearly snapped! I shall be taking it back !
