Band is too thick makes it difficult to get good grip
I am alaways a regular and happy customer of decathlon products. But this time, i am sorry to say, these bands, it doesn’t last long. I have purchased two bands of different weight category and used it for doing normal streching exercises. But your bands doesn’t last and they break. Really disappoited.

If you are intermediate then go for it. I am using this mainly for back, triceps and biceps
