This jacket is 'just right' for hiking in the early spring, it is comfortable, well made, warm, lightweight, showerproof and can be rolled into the hood ready for any inclement weather.
Overpriced as per description..low quality material
Thank you for your valuable review.
Trek 900 softshell is made to be used as a shell to block wind while Trekking. The price of this jacket is normally higher than our normal windproof jacket because of the component used in this. We use Merino wool fabric inside in this jacket so that it can be used while Trekking for several days without any bad odours.
However we take your feedback seriously as it will help us improve our products further.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. Good jacket for the price
used it in beijing and london early december and it worked fabulously. no need for an umbrella because of the hood and it kept me just as warm as my big winter coat. highly recommend!

Quite a close-fitting cut. Inner volume lets you wear a second lightweight layer underneath, such as a microfleece top.
The wind causes the perceived temperature to decrease considerably. With an outside temperature of 0°C and 20 km/h winds, it will feel like the temperature is -10°.“Windproof" components fight the uncomfortable effects associated with this "freezing effect". Very effective at reducing heat loss by creating a barrier against the wind.

The water-repellent property of a fabric is its capacity to make water run off its surface without absorbing it.This prevents the fabric from soaking up water and keeps it lightweight and breathable. The fabric is made water-repellent by treating its outer surface, however this property may deteriorate with use.In order to reactivate it, follow the guide:https://www.quechua.fr/conseils/comment-reactiver-la-deperlance-de-sa-veste-a_86425
