MEN'S MT2 TRAIL RUNNING SHOES - BLACK/BRONZE

Excellent shoe for this price. Very fitting and comfortable for hiking, walking and cycling. I am very pleased with the shoe and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a pair of affordable and comfortable trail and hiking shoe.

Well defined lugs giving good feel on wet muddy terrain. Adequate cushioning provides desired comfort in long distance.

Owned the previous version for over a year, done over 1200km on them. They were amazing, would buy them again in a heart beat. This new version is very disappointing, very soft soles. My feet tire quickly when hit the trail and the sole is wearing out a lot faster than the previous version. Please fix this Decathlon Team, previous ones were awesome.

I ran as fast as a Cheater In these trainers , they look sexy so much three girls stopped me in the forest to show me how much they liked them. I also put ran a grizzly bear at the harvel by running up a tree , so thanks a bunch great trainers.

I got exactly what I wanted and much more. At age 63 looking for some shoe solidly reliable and absorbing gait mistakes I have and occasionally running in these and climbing a bit . Superb !!

Best running shoes ever

Hopefully people will read this before making a purchase... I have just completed a 900km trail over 25 days wearing only these shoes so i have become quite accustomed to the pro and cons. The positives of the shoe is that the quality of the upper is very good, even after 900km there is very little damage or delamination of panels and the shoe is holding itself together well. The other positive ive found is the grip is very good in all conditions even on snow (and worked well with microspike crampons). The major flaws of these shoes are firstly the sole is very thin and lead to 4-5 days of very sore feet at the beginning whilst wearing them in and even then small sharp stones can be felt underfoot. The second major flaw is that after 600km the poor design of this sole lead to terrible issues whilst descending with my knees, im still finding it a challenge to walk down stairs. The third major is the water management; the shoe come with a very poor choice of spongey inner sole material. When moving through long wet grass, puddles, rivers, rain and snow these shoes soak up the moisture and never dry out leading to terrible blisters and damage to your feet (not good if you plan on using them every day). This issue was so bad that at lunch time i would find myself removing the inner soles and wringing them out so that there may be a chance of dry feet by the evening. If you plan on using these shoes once a week for 20km in dry conditions they MAY be a sensible buy, other than that save yourself some pain and spend a little more on a pair of better recognised trail running brands and get shoes that are comfier and dry out much quicker and your going to have much more fun!

Sufficiently rugged with good grip on loose gravel and soil.

i also had the old version of this one and i thought there were quite good and lasted 2 year but with the new mt2 i am sadly disapointed even straint my ankle yesterday. the sole is far far to soft and the studs to far appart you can painfuly feel the smaller rocks pocking through hurting your feet. i so wish i chosen a better pair as i runn every day and this are very low quality. lookin cool but very not practical. i am not writing this to slug this product off as i said the older version was very very good but i only giving my opinion about this one.
