Perfect for gymnastics and rolling out muscles. It’s just like the ones my girls have at gym. Firm enough but without the painful jutty out bits that other rollers have.
You could pay more, but why, works better than some of the other brands I used!

There are various ways of using it to vary and intensify your exercises:- By lying on top of it you will use your core muscles to stay centred.- Resting on your hands, you will make planks and side planks harder.- By putting your feet on it during glute bridges, you will train your transverse muscles harder
