Excellent product for all age group...
Wondering whether there is a much higher balance board.
I purchased this balance board as part of my physiotherapy exercises, following an injury to my ankle. The board is made of wood, is well balanced and has an anti-slip cover on the top. I am using it daily and it works pretty well, it does not bend under the weight and it is safe to use because of the anti-slip cover.
Well made, good value.
Sturdy and good.
Good strong top
The balance boards is a good product
Bought for rehabilitation of ankle ligaments. Very good quality for the price
It would be nice if the edges are rounded or sanded down. The wood on top started chipping off.
I love this wobble board. It's strong and very unstable/wobbly (especially on a hard surface), thus it's really effective for my exercises (eg balancing, squats, etc) on it.
Excellent product, good price, sturdy with great grip surface
We leave this balance board in the lounge and everyone loves to stand on it
The product is super sturdy and made well. I enjoy using it daily to work on my balance, core and mobility.

The ability to control your balance and agility is just as important as being strong. It can be essential for intense physical activities such as skiing. In general, good balance helps you perform more efficiently by reducing the risk of injury and optimising your exercises. Controlling your balance can also prevent falls and sprains and help with stability.
