Great to use very different from kettle bells. You can balance them better on the legs than trying to use a kettle bell. All sorts of different excercises !!

How much weight should you use?

The weight depends on the exercise. The lower body muscles are the most powerful, while the upper body is not as strong. You can use heavier weights when doing squats or lunges (1.5 kg and up).

Which exercises can you do?

Don't know which exercise to start with, or how to get your posture right? Take a look at the website. Our design team and qualified sports coaches have developed a coaching service to guide you. There are a dozen free videos with exercises you can do with your weights.

Static vs. dynamic exercises: what's the difference?

During dynamic exercises, use the weights for wrists and ankles. They are practical and adjustable so you can do hip extensions without worrying about weights attached to your ankles.For static exercises, sand discs are recommended. They make exercises (such as core work) more intense. The texture and shape allow you to do your exercises safely.


Challenge yourself and add an extra 20 seconds to your core work exercises while using this sand disc!
