Very high quality, waterproof material. Nice elastic. Very snug, maybe too small area for phone, but it's maybe so that the phone doesn't slide while running. Perfect for any phone in the market with a 6inch screen. Separate compartment for a key (small and can't fit key chain etc) to avoid scratches. Elastic might be too small for some people who are a bit healthy. But I guess it stretches out to a comfortable spot.

Not suitable to waist size more than 40 inches
It's light and small enough for keep key and handphone. Looks good for ladies to use but not big enough for men.

Running Belt for a phone and keys
Initially, I was hesitant on buying it as I do not like the idea of wearing a belt round my waist whilst jogging outdoors. I have previously purchased a 2-position running bag that I have used for jogging outdoors to keep my phone and bus/credit cards. As I find the latter a bit cumbersome as it tended to shift whilst wearing it over a shoulder and jogging with it, I decided to try out the running belt. I find the running belt easy to put on, light and comfortable and the pocket is large enough to hold my iPhone XS Max and bus card.

Running Belt
Good quality strap, buckle. I choosed this because the strap management is neat (extra strap length is adjustable). The pouch section flushes well to my waist and sits securely against my lower back (does not slide around and does not bounce unless the waist strap is loose). Quick drying after washing and ready for next day. Possible downside is large phones may not fit well. So do test it with your phone first.
