Quick and Easy
I use these hurdles for gait training. The hurdle heights are easily adjustable for multiple difficulties. I find the weight reasonable and easy to carry around. However, on the down side the hinges can break if you trip or land on it directly.

a really good product
I've been training kids aged 3-7 with this product, it's durable and lightweight, I would recommend it for any coaches wanting to try this product.

Great product
I am a Goalkeeper coach at a men's semi pro football club.i bought these to have has part of my training bag. These are the right height and great quality at a good price. There are some strange negative reviews on this item. I assure you these are a must have for coaching bags.

Speed training hurdles
I used these to train my son for having better sprint technique. They are well made, the option of having three heights in one hurdle is great. As my son got better I increased the height for his sprint training. Also the fact that they can be folded flat makes it far easier to pack/ transport. As a P.E. teacher and coach I have used other leading brand mini hurdles before and actually I think that these are superior! I would also use them as part of a speed and agility obstacle course.
