Product Reviews

I bought the Paddle Board (plus paddle + buoyancy vest + pump) before the long weekend break. Same day delivery (free) in just 2 hours! I went out immediately to the nearby beach to try it out and was at sea within 30 minutes. It was a fantastic experience! I'm a newbie at this sport so spent most of the time in the kneeling position. I went again the next morning and this time, it took me just 15 minutes to inflate the board to 17psi (yes, it's a good exercise pumping the board with the manual pump). Overall, the board is fairly stable and glides well. The toughest part with any inflatables is deflating and keeping it... amazingly, I can keep the board in its bag within 15 minutes (includes a quick rinse with water)... the only downside with the board is the fin which uses a bolt and nut system... I have to first unscrew the fin, remove the fin from the fin box, and then slide out the nut.... which can easily get lost if one is not careful... carrying is also a tough as it weighs 11kg and is really big so avoid carrying this in the MRT or bus. Overall the board is highly recommended (PS: would have gotten the larger 32inch wide yellow version but only the orange 29inch version is available)
Hi Shahreen!!
Thank you for your review for the Touring Inflatable Stand-Up Paddle Board 500!
I am glad to hear that you have enjoyed your online experience with us! This stand-up paddle board sure comes with great features to offer! Our team of enthusiasts developed this stand-up paddle board for intermediate paddlers weighing 60 to 80 kg, for regular touring from one to several days.In regards to the bolt and nut system, it is designed that way to ensure to improve it's structural integrity and durability so that it can endure fast stream waters and "cut through" it with ease and stable at the same time. Nevertheless, I thank you personally for your input as I also believe that we can further improve it with other ways and make it easier to assemble/disassemble!
In the meantime, keep sporting on and we hope to see you in our stores soon!
Sportingly,

Great quality, sturdy construction. So far no issues. Bit hard to pump up to 17PSI (can do it in 5 mins if you really put your back into it). I really love this board. So far have only used on a river with the basic blue Decathlon paddle, but goes great.
This is a really good product and I’m very happy with it, much lighter than I was expecting and compares really well to more expensive boards. I did find one slightly negative point, which is that the deck is quite slippery when you stand towards the back of the board. But this is only when your lifting the nose out of the water to turn tightly...
Handles well if a little unstable in choppy water despite it being advertised as suitable. Goes up fast, packs down well but the bag is already showing heavy signs of wear on the base. The lack of either a pump or paddle included is a put off in this price bracket when so many other manufacturers are doing so now. Shouldn’t really have to look at purchasing another carry bag after 4 uses.
Sooo stable and easy to balance on the board. It goes fast with the streamline design. Easy to inflate and deflate and easy to pack it in the bag. Recommend!!
