Product Reviews

Reasonably priced , great quality product.
best.price is a bit higher.
I have used forclaz's previous model 10 degree one.But this new model is better and superior in all way
the product was very good warm comfortable, the XL size which i picked so i can move inside comfortably. haven't use the product in very low temperature.. while opening zips sometime outer material stuck in that zip...
The rating of 10 I was told meant you could technically sleep without clothes inside and be comfortable in 10deg. I put this to the test and it is not true. I had 3 layers of clothes on and the sleeping bag is like paper. So thin and doesn’t keep you warm at all. My son was very comfortable and warm in his $20 Aldi sleeping bag though.
Very nice

Use temperature
All our sleeping bags display the temperature ratings, tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX), in accordance with the European NF ISO 23537 standard (2017).The comfort temperature is the lower limit at which the user, in a relaxed pose, is in overall thermal equilibrium and feels neither too cold nor too hot (for a standard woman in normal conditions of use). Choose your sleeping bag accordingly.
What are the "limit" temperatures for use?
Limit temperature: temperature at which the user huddled up in the sleeping bag is generally in thermal equilibrium and feels neither too cold nor too hot (defined for a standard man and in normal conditions of use).We recommend you use an insulating mattress to optimise your thermal comfort. This sleeping bag is filled with synthetic wadding to guarantee performance even in damp conditions.
What you need to know about temperatures
A sleeping bag does not produce heat but retains the heat produced by the body. If you are tired and cold and you slip inside a cold, damp sleeping bag, it is very likely that you will feel cold no matter how good your sleeping bag is! These temperatures therefore depend on the person's resistance to cold (bulk, fatigue, etc.), equipment (mattress with insulation, etc.), clothing (naked, underwear, etc.) and weather conditions (humidity, wind, etc.).
For greater comfort, before getting into your sleeping bag
Dress simply (1 layer of clothing is enough).Keep your head, hands and feet warm: use hats, gloves, socks, bed warmers, rubbing, etc.A flask filled with hot water can be used as a hot water bottle (if it can't open by accident !)Contract your muscles (70% of the energy consumed is transformed into heat). However you should do this without moving as this can cause draughts of cold air.Use a sleeping bag liner to maximise the heat inside your sleeping bag.
Shape:
"Generous" mummy shape: wide at the shoulders and tighter around the feet to optimise thermal insulation (no loss of heat) and remain compact, while keeping relative freedom of movement.Width at the shoulders 70 cm, height at the feet 32 cm in size L.Ergonomic hood with drawcord. Two side zips with two-way cursors to open on the side. You can also manage cool air entry and ventilate your bag mechanically.

Weight and dimensions (2):
Volume and dimensions can vary according to the pressure applied to the product. For your comfort, try out your bag before buying it to make sure you have the right size. The advantage of a mummy-type sleeping bag is that the weight/volume ratio and thermal comfort are optimised. With a fitted bag, there is less volume to heat (saves your energy). However, this type of sleeping bag can limit your freedom of movement, especially when the zips are closed.
